Select the most interesting intermediate level from our range of 9 possible courses (Service Lifecycle and Service Capability courses). Total fees are based on the number of credits earned!

The offer is only valid when a complete ITIL® Expert training module is reserved, ie. at least 4 intermediate courses and the Managing Across the Lifecycle course. The 2 credits that you earn from the ITIL® Foundation certification will bring you up to the 20 points needed to receive your ITIL® Expert certificate.

The following table illustrates the different course combinations.

Please contact us regarding the choice of different intermediate-level courses. Not all course combinations are possible. For example, the Service Transition course (Service Lifecycle) cannot be combined with the Release, Control & Validation course (Service Capability) due to content overlap.

Option A)
At least 4 ITIL v3 Intermediate courses
+ Managing Across the Lifecycle
= 550€ per intermediate course credit attained + 2,200€

Option B)
ITIL v3 Foundation
+ at least 4 ITIL v3 Intermediate courses
+ Managing Across the Lifecycle
= 799€ + 550€ per intermediate course credit earned + 2,200€

Option C)
ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge
+ at least 4 ITIL v3 Intermediate courses
+ Managing Across the Lifecycle
= 299€ + 550€ per intermediate course credit earned + 2,200€

Prerequisites:

Option A)
ITIL v3 Foundation or ITIL v3 Foundation Bridge certificate

Option B)
None, although prior knowledge of business processes and IT services are an advantage.

Option C)
ITIL v2 Foundation certificate
