ITIL® v3 Manager Bridge Certification

Seminar Code: N111E

The certification takes place at the end of the seminar and comprises a multiple-choice examination with 20 questions. A total of 16 out of the 20 questions (80%) must be answered correctly in less than 90 minutes.

You will be awarded 5 credits upon successful completion of the examination.

Manager’s certificate in ITIL® v2 IT Service Management

ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management
