ITIL® v3 Managing Across the Lifecycle Certification

The certification takes place at the end of each module. This comprises 8 scenario-based multiple-choice questions, of which at least 70% must be answered with sufficient marks (28 marks out of a possible 40) within 90 minutes. 

Prerequisites:

You must have earned a minimum of 17 credits during the preceding Intermediate level courses. Upon passing the examination, you will be awarded an additional 5 credits, bringing your credit total to the minimum 22 credits that are required for ITIL® Expert to be awarded. Attendance of a particular course is also mandatory to be eligible to take the corresponding examination.
