ITIL® v3 Foundation Certification

The examination takes place at the end of the seminar. It comprises a multiple-choice paper with 40 questions, which are to be completed within 60 minutes. Foreign language students are allowed an extra 15 minutes time. You need to answer 26 of the 40 questions correctly (65%) in order to receive the certificate.

You will be awarded 2 credits upon successful completion of the ITIL® v3 Foundation certification.

Prerequisite:

None, although prior knowledge of business processes and IT services are an advantage
