ITIL® v3 Foundation Bridge Certification

Seminar Code: N109E

The certification takes place at the end of the seminar and comprises a multiple-choice examination with 20 questions. A total of 13 out of the 20 questions (65%) must be answered correctly in less than 30 minutes.

You will be awarded 0.5 credits upon successful completion of the ITIL® v3 Foundation Bridge certification.

ITIL® Foundation Certificate according to ITIL® v2

Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management

This certificate will only be available until December, 31 2010!
A re-examination is possible until June, 30 2011!
