ISO 20000 Consultant (for consultants and internal auditors)

This seminar is aimed at consultants and internal auditors, who are responsible for optimising processes and supporting organisations through continuous improvement. The norm will be covered in as much detail as both the certification scheme and certification procedures. This will enable you to prepare an organisation for certification. These skills also assist you in Service Management operations and during ITIL projects.

This seminar is carried out in accordance with itSMF guidelines. An ITIL Foundation examination and several years of relevant experience are required to attend this seminar. A Service Manager examination would be an advantage.

ISO 20000 Auditor (external auditors)

This seminar is carried out in accordance with itSMF guidelines. It is the official training course for auditors who are contracted by certification organisations to assess a company’s eligibility for certification. Auditors can also use this to tap into a new field of activity.

The key topic of this seminar is the norm’s application in auditing. The seminar is spread over two days and includes an examination conducted in English. Participants must be trained auditors and need to have experience in this field. Experience of ITIL or the ITIL Foundation exam is also recommended.
