  • Handling objections
  • Ready with an answer / Stressful  situations
  • Individual perception   
  • Arranging appointments 
  • Speed dating
  • Live calls in small groups

Module 2: Coaching at work (1 day)

  • Putting module 1 into practice
  • Preparing, conducting and following up calls, with feedback   
  • Personal plan for development and success   

The complexity, duration and goals are flexible and will be adapted to individual requirements.
