PRINCE2® Practitioner

Seminar Code: N314E

During this 3-day interactive seminar, you will learn which processes and components are essential for the success of a project and how these can be supported by PRINCE2®. Our experienced and certified lecturers impart their knowledge of the PRINCE2® approach from a practical perspective, using case studies as illustrations. You work in a team to examine eight practical cases, which are examined using the different project phases of the PRINCE2® approach.

Approximately 10 hours of self study is required by a participant in order to pass the examination. A 3-hour examination takes places a short time after the seminar has been completed.

You can choose between the 2-day PRINCE2® Practitioner Compact training (Seminar Code: N318E) or the 3-day PRINCE2® Practitioner seminar (Seminar Code: N314E). Both seminars cover the same course content.
