This seminar provides a brief presentation of the following phases:

• A more controlled and organised project launch, structured project management and controlled closing phase
• Regular control of project progress in comparison to the project plan and corporate objectives
• Using the PRINCE2® approach to set flexible milestones for management decisions and continuous information flow

Learning objectives:

• You will gain an elementary understanding of the PRINCE2® approach.
• You will be able to perform a rough evaluation of the cost of adopting the PRINCE2® approach.
• You will know the difference between PRINCE2® and other approaches to project management approaches.
• You will be capable of determining whether PRINCE2® project management is appropriate for your company.
