During this seminar, you will study and understand the different processes, components, techniques, roles and management tools in detail. You will become competent in developing management tools and using them appropriately.
Another key focus of this seminar is the definition of roles. Which role will individual employees assume, what is expected of them and how can they sucessfully achieve their goals?
The Foundation examination takes place at the end of the seminar. It consists of a one-hour multiple-choice paper. A total of 38 points from a possible 75 are required to pass the exam.
You can choose between the 2-day PRINCE2® Foundation seminar or the 3-day intensive PRINCE2® Foundation seminar (Seminar Code: N317E). Both seminars cover the same course content.

In-depth coverage of the following PRINCE2® phases:
- A more controlled and organised project launch
- Structured project management and controlled closing phase
- Regular control of progress against the project plan and corporate objectives
