Restructuring is a difficult task. Many people resist to change because they fear a loss of security. It is often the employees who have to implement the necessary change. Errors in planning, communication and employee involvement are common, which is why many projects are inefficient or even doomed to failure.

ncc has many years of experience in Management of Change. Amongst our multitude of projects for medium-sized and large clients, we have supported the creation of an internal shared services center, advised on the realignment of corporate or IT strategies, and accompanied the merger between two organisations. Alongside specialist subject matters, Management of Change was one of the greatest challenges we faced.

The approach:

This workshop explains the concepts, methods and tools used in Management of Change. Upon completion of the workshop, participants can put the theory they have learnt into practice with a realistic case study. They receive immediate feedback from the 2 lecturers who lead this workshop.
