An increasing number of companies are turning towards the ITIL® framework when restructuring their IT organisation.

In this 2-day seminar, you will experience the IT Infrastructure Library® from a practical perspective. You will acquire an elementary understanding of the structure, content and role of this de facto standard and learn the rudiments of its practical application. You will also work with our trainers on process implementation concepts as well as on developing a cultural shift within IT, naturally focussing on the advantages, disadvantages and risks that this involves in detail.
