The ITIL® v3 core books cover both IT Service Lifecycle Management and the importance of service-orientation for the IT organisation. The priorities of the IT organisation over the coming years are likely to focus on improving service quality and increasing its contribution to corporate added value.

Although former certificates are still valid, there have been several changes with regard to contents. In particular, Service Manager has been restructured and expanded. All 5 ITIL® v3 books are now covered in the examination, whereas previously it was only three from seven.

Be brought up to date with the most important version 3 changes in this one-day seminar and learn how to implement these changes in your existing IT organisation.
