ITIL® v3 Lifecycle Stream

The training in this stream looks at ITIL® v3 from the IT Service Lifecycle perspective. Each course covers one of the five new ITIL® v3 books.

Alongside principles, processes, functions and activities of each Lifecycle phase, these seminars also cover technology and strategies for implementation. Aspects of management, marketing and organisation are also addressed, in order to raise awareness of business needs.

Prerequisite for attendig the ITIL® v3 Lifecycle courses is the ITIL® v3 Foundation Certificate. Attendance of the relevant course is also mandatory to be eligible to take the corresponding examination.

The Capability and Lifecycle stream courses can be taken in combination to attain the credits required for ITIL® Expert. However, not any combination is possible. Please contact us in order to clarify your needs.

The certification takes place at the end of each module.
