ITIL® v3 Expert

To follow on from the ITIL® v3 Foundation certificate or the ITIL® v3 Foundation Bridge certificate, you are able to pursue courses from either the Service Capability stream or the Service Lifecycle stream.

A specific number of credits will be awarded per course. A minimum of 17 credits need to be earned to gain entry to the final Managing Across the Lifecycle course. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be awarded the 5 credits required to make up the necessary 22 credits to receive the title of ITIL® Expert. A further certification is no longer required.

The 4 different modules in the Capability stream present ITIL® v3 from a process-oriented perspective.

ITIL® v3 Managing Across the Lifecycle
This seminar rounds off the Service Lifecycle and Service Capability stream modules and provides the necessary additional information for implementing the Service Lifecycle.
