ITIL® v3 Capability Stream

The 4 different modules within the Capability stream look at ITIL® v3 from a process-oriented perspective. Each module is composed of different processes and their corresponding roles and responsibilities. In this way, participants can gain practical knowledge and specific guidelines that they can implement in their daily work.

Prerequisite for attendig the ITIL® v3 Capability courses is the ITIL® v3 Foundation Certificate. Attendance of the relevant course is also mandatory to be eligible to take the corresponding examination.

The Capability and Lifecycle stream courses can be taken in combination to attain the credits required for ITIL® Expert. However, not any combination is possible. Please contact us in order to clarify your needs.

The certification takes place at the end of each module.
