This two-day seminar is conducted in accordance with itSMF guidelines. It is the official training course for auditors who are contracted by certification organisations to assess a company’s eligibility for certification. This seminar would also benefit auditors wishing to tap into a new field of activity. The key focus of the seminar is the norm and its application in auditing.

- Overview of the certification procedure

- Practical exercises and mock examination
The one-hour written multiple-choice examination in English is conducted at the end of the course. Qualification: the ISO 20000 Auditor certificate from the itSMF UK.
Upon completion of this course, you will be able to
- conduct audits in compliance with ISO 20000.
- implement the standards of the norm and understand its applications.
- provide support and direction to the organisation’s continuous improvement processes.
- prove your knowledge of ISO 20000 with an internationally-recognised certificate.
- Qualified ISO 9000, BS7799 or TickIT auditor (proof required)
- Three years of experience in audit
- Knowledge of English
- Basic knowledge of ITIL is recommended
