ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant Certification

The two-hour examination (part of which is multiple-choice) will be sat in English or German in the afternoon of the third day. Qualification: the ISO 20000 Consultant Certificate from the itSMF UK.

Prerequisites:

• ITIL Foundation certificate or higher. The Service Manager certificate is recommended. (Proof is required).
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (service implementation and operations)
• Management processes or auditing
• A minimum of 5 years of IT experience
• Knowledge of English
