ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor Certification

The one-hour written multiple-choice examination in English is conducted at the end of the course. Qualification: the ISO 20000 Auditor certificate from the itSMF UK.

Prerequisites:

• Qualified ISO 9000, BS7799 or TickIT auditor (proof required)
• Three years of experience in audit
• Knowledge of English
• Basic knowledge of ITIL is recommended
