Coaching Skills for Managers
Develop your management expertise by adding coaching techniques to your repertoire of existing leadership skills. Based on the principle of personality models, the aim of these coaching skills is to improve communication between managers, between managers and their teams, and between team members.

Module 4: Solution-focussed communication skills for managers (1 day)
- Basic principles of communication
- Motives and motivation

Transforming theory into practice:
We recommend that every participant complements their training with a day of supervision at work, as well as a final “Practical Application Workshop“, during which participants exchange experiences from the first coaching, consolidate their knowledge and prepare, analyse and discuss actual cases.
